Partner Terms & Conditions

By associating with Intucate as a partner (including but not limited to coaching institutes, colleges, universities, publishers, trainers, or other educational service providers), you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • You must be a legally registered entity, institution, or individual authorized to operate under applicable Indian laws.

Partner Obligations:

  • Promote Intucate offerings truthfully without misrepresentation.
  • Use Intucate branding, trademarks, and logos only after obtaining written approval and in accordance with Intucate’s branding guidelines.
  • Protect and safeguard student and user data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.
  • Maintain transparency in all communications with your students/customers regarding Intucate programs and offerings.

Referrals and Rewards:

  • Referrals must be through designated referral links, codes, or methods as communicated by Intucate.
  • Rewards, commissions, or incentives (if any) shall be based on successful activation, enrollment, or usage criteria defined by Intucate.
  • Partner-specific incentives are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Confidentiality:

  • Partners must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, student data, processes, or terms shared by Intucate.
  • Confidential information must not be disclosed or used without prior written consent.

Non-Exclusivity:

  • The partnership is non-exclusive unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Partners are free to collaborate with other educational entities unless otherwise contractually restricted.

Disclaimers:

  • Intucate does not guarantee any minimum leads, enrollments, or revenues through the partnership.
  • Partner performance monitoring may be conducted periodically.

Termination:

  • Either party may discontinue the association at their discretion without cause, by informing the other party via email.
  • Specific terms regarding settlement of dues, outstanding obligations, or pending promotions (if any) will be as per written communication at the time of disengagement.

General:

  • Partners are independently responsible for compliance with applicable tax, regulatory, and business operation requirements.
  • The partnership does not create any agency, employment, franchise, or joint venture relationship unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
