Content Removal (Take Down) Policy

You may submit a formal takedown request.
How to File a Takedown Request: Email the following details to support@intucate.com:
- Your name, address, contact details, and proof of identity
- Exact details of the content in question (URL, description, screenshots if possible)
- Reason for request, with applicable evidence (ownership certificates, court orders, etc.)
Our Process:
- We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 7 business days.
- After internal review, we will take appropriate action, which may include content removal, content blocking, or seeking further clarification.
- If required, we may reach out to you for additional documents.

- Intucate reserves the right to reject frivolous, incomplete, or mala fide takedown requests.
- Filing false claims may lead to legal consequences under applicable Indian laws.
