Content Removal (Take Down) Policy

You may submit a formal takedown request.

How to File a Takedown Request: Email the following details to support@intucate.com:

  • Your name, address, contact details, and proof of identity
  • Exact details of the content in question (URL, description, screenshots if possible)
  • Reason for request, with applicable evidence (ownership certificates, court orders, etc.)

Our Process:

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 7 business days.
  • After internal review, we will take appropriate action, which may include content removal, content blocking, or seeking further clarification.
  • If required, we may reach out to you for additional documents.

Please Note:

  • Intucate reserves the right to reject frivolous, incomplete, or mala fide takedown requests.
  • Filing false claims may lead to legal consequences under applicable Indian laws.
